The MWWO Willo Waste Opener is designed for the efficient cleaning and recovery of fiber material through a cyclic cleaning process. The machine incorporates a filling chute with a feed table and condenser at the top, ensuring controlled material handling and consistent processing performance.
A reinforced step cleaner with an automatic material and waste discharge system is integrated into the machine. Controlled by an advanced electrical control system, the feed table periodically delivers material into the step cleaner, where fixed beater bars gently clean the fiber stock while preserving fiber quality.
The condenser continuously draws material from the uppermost step beater, removes dust and impurities, and returns the cleaned material back into the filling chute for further processing. This cyclic operation is repeated until the desired level of cleaning is achieved, resulting in optimum material cleanliness, improved fiber recovery, and enhanced processing efficiency.
