The machine consists of a filling chute with feed table and condenser at the top, along with a reinforced step cleaner featuring automatic material and waste discharge, supported by an electrically programmed control system.
Controlled Feeding & Gentle Cleaning
The feed table delivers material periodically into the step cleaner. Step beaters with fixed bars retain the waste within the cleaning zone for sufficient time, ensuring gentle and effective cleaning of the fiber stock.
Cyclic Cleaning Process for Optimum Results
The condenser draws material from the topmost step beater, removes dust, and returns it to the filling chute, feeding it back into the step cleaner. This cyclic process continues until optimum cleaning of the material is achieved.
