The MSRS6 Super Step Cleaner is designed to provide highly effective cleaning and opening of fibers while ensuring minimal fiber damage. Equipped with six robust beaters, the machine delivers excellent cleaning performance, efficiently removing impurities while maintaining fiber integrity throughout the process.
An adjustable grid section positioned below the beaters allows precise control of the cleaning intensity according to production requirements. Fine dust and lightweight contaminants are efficiently extracted through a specially designed hood located at the top of the machine, contributing to cleaner fibers and improved processing conditions.
The machine can also be supplied with a high-capacity reserve box featuring photocell control for consistent material feeding. A separate gear motor regulates the material in-feed, while the delivery rollers provide gentle fiber opening before the material passes through the cleaning grid section, ensuring reliable operation, high productivity, and easy maintenance.
